Recent Activities
IHT Pakistan organized the specialized O&M Training for Sugar Sector under the umbrella of HP Cogen-Pak in Lahore & Karachi. This project is funded by EU under Switch Asia Programme. The four days training program continued from 10th July 2017 to 13th July 2017 in Avari, Lahore, Pakistan & 17th July 2017 to 20th July, 2017.
The EU Switch Asia funded HP Cogen Pak Project organized two Information Dissemination Seminars on the “Revised SBP Financing Scheme for Renewable Energy” in collaboration with the State Bank of Pakistan. These seminars were held on 15th August, 2016 at Mövenpic Hotel, Karachi and 18th August 2016 at Avari Hotel, Lahore. More than 70 participants from sugar mills and leading commercial banks attended the events in Karachi and Lahore.
The two weeks Boiler Manufacturers Capacity building training for Pakistani Boiler Manufacturers was held in Faridabad, India. This training was conducted by National Power Training Institute (NPTI) with the collaboration of The Energy and Resources Institute (TERI) from 13th to 25th of March, 2016. The participants of the training were experts from Descon Engineering & The Industrial Enterprises.
